Description:

This class, led by Tristen Sanborn, explores the natural rhythm of the body and its relation to house/disco tracks. How does this realm of music live within oneself? How can we revel in movement and begin to transcend the past?

This is an open-level class. A brief warm-up and introduction to house aesthetics will be shared, followed by a durational improvisational score and inquiry.
